We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic visual storyteller with strong design fundamentals, advanced technical skills, and a passion for developing compelling creative across digital, video, print, and branded content.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of professional design experience in either an in-house marketing department or agency environment and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute high-quality creative assets across digital, print, social media, email, presentations, signage, and marketing campaigns
Create and edit video content for marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns
Produce motion graphics and animations to support multimedia storytelling and campaign initiatives
Direct photography shoots and edit photos for use in marketing and promotional materials
Lead creative concept development and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Design engaging visual content, including graphics, layouts, infographics, and branded collateral
Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, creative, and leadership teams to deliver impactful visual solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
Participate in creative brainstorming and strategic campaign development
Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
Qualifications
7+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
Strong experience with video editing and post-production workflows
Experience creating web designs in Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD
Experience creating animation and motion graphics
Proficiency in Canva for marketing and social content creation
Photography experience, including photo composition, lighting, and editing
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital, video, print, branding, and multimedia work
Excellent typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling skills
Ability to take creative direction and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
