Bilingual Instructional Designer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging training materials and learning content
• Deliver presentations and facilitate training sessions (virtual and in-person)
• Create professional instructional documentation and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop L&D solutions
• Localize and adapt training content for bilingual audiences

Requirements:

• 25+ years in instructional design or L&D
• Strong skills with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and LMS platforms
• Experience developing interactive eLearning content
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
