BettingJobs is partnering with a leading multi-product content provider in the iGaming industry in their search for a Marketing Campaign & Web Content Manager to join their team based in Malta.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across:

  • Live Casino recruitment initiatives

  • Employer brand websites

  • B2C websites (including Slots and Live Casino)

  • Ad hoc marketing projects

  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to deliver recruitment marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and objectives are met

  • Coordinate campaign assets, content, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery across channels

  • Manage website content updates across employer brand and B2C platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting insights, highlighting opportunities for optimisation

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. design, content, product, and external partners where relevant)

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard

  • Support continuous improvement of campaign processes and execution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marketing, or campaign management role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns from planning through to execution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work consistently
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding
  • Experience managing website content (CMS platforms)
  • Exposure to B2C marketing, ideally within digital or gaming industries
  • Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics and reporting
