Introduction:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic individual to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind how our shows appear on social media, connecting fans with the podcasts and creators they love.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within the entertainment or media industries.
  • Strong understanding of the podcast medium, including leading and emerging talent, industry trends, networks, and audience behaviors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and cultural conversation.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for compelling visual and storytelling for both internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
  • Prior work experience in the client's industry.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with data analysis tools and metrics tracking.
  • Familiarity with emerging social media platforms and trends.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day social programming strategy to drive timely, culturally relevant storytelling.
  • Stay on top of platform and cultural trends to inform the development of innovative formats and creative concepts.
  • Partner with cross-functional collaborators, including production, editorial, and partnerships teams to drive campaigns and evolve content.
  • Manage internal and external content tracking and approvals.
  • Communicate with external partners on content development and production.
  • Analyze social performance metrics to continually refine and optimize our content strategy.
