Our global Financial client is seeking a Content Strategist/ Manager to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week (potential to extend and convert to FTE). This role is fully onsite 5 days/week in Newark, DE, Columbus, OH, or Jersey City, NJ. Role SummaryWe are seeking a Content Strategist to support the Employee Experience team. This role focuses on optimizing self-service content for internal platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards, and enhancing the end-user experience. The strategist will lead a large-scale content migration from SharePoint to ServiceNow, including auditing, remediation, and taxonomy development.Top Must-Have SkillsStrong project management and organizational skillsProven experience in content auditing, migration, and executionAbility to manage high volumes of content reviewsEditorial expertise with a keen eye for detail and brand alignmentBackground in content management and information architectureExperience in highly regulated industriesFamiliarity with ServiceNow and digital asset managementPortfolio or work samples demonstrating strategic content workAdditional Qualifications5-7 years of experience in content strategy and designExperience with web, mobile, and conversational interfacesKnowledge of content governance, accessibility, and compliance standardsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience with CMS and knowledge management systemsAbility to use data and user feedback to inform content decisionsResponsibilitiesAudit and migrate content from SharePoint to ServiceNowDevelop and execute user-centered content strategies for internal platformsRemediate existing content to align with brand and accessibility standardsManage taxonomy and metadata to support search and navigationCollaborate with product, design, engineering, and compliance teamsOwn the voice of the end-user and ensure content meets their needsMaintain and evolve content governance models and standardsContribute to centralized content systems and community best practicesIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
