Graphic Designer

Sycamore Creek Church is seeking a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling and bring both technical excellence and a heart for ministry to the work we do. Responsibilities: Design weekly graphics for sermon series, social media, print materials, and in-house screens Edit and color-correct photos from events and services using Lightroom Create and edit videos (primarily sermons and special events) in Final Cut Pro Assist with occasional logo and merchandise design using Illustrator Develop layouts for print materials in InDesign when needed Collaborate with ministry leaders and communication team to bring ideas to life visually Manage and organize digital assets and files for easy access and reuse Required Skills: Photoshop : Advanced proficiency (daily use) Lightroom : Advanced proficiency (weekly use) Final Cut Pro : Advanced proficiency (weekly editing required) Illustrator : Moderate proficiency (used occasionally) InDesign : Basic understanding (used as needed for layouts) Ideal Candidate: Has an eye for modern design and visual consistency Works well independently and thrives in a team environment Can handle feedback and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, ministry-minded setting Is passionate about using their creative gifts to support the church s mission
