About the Role: Shape the Voice Behind the Wings
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Communications Content Coordinator (Contract) to support our dynamic Communications team in Herndon, VA. In this pivotal role, you'll bring stories to life and connect employees across North America through engaging, brand-aligned content. ing to the Head of Content, you'll help drive internal engagement and pride in thepany's missionplaying a critical role in how our people experience our brand every day. While this position is hybrid (40% remote), it does require someone to be local to Herndon, VA. Please do not if you do not plan to relocate to Herndon, VA at your own expense.
What You'll Do: Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Internal & External Communications (30%)
Create, edit, and publish internal content including newsletters, intranet updates, digital signage, and stakeholdermunications.
Support multimedia projects such as videos and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Monitor engagement metrics to optimize strategy and content performance.
Graphic Design & Visual Content (30%)
Execute photography and graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite.
Manage visual storytelling to ensure brand consistency across materials.
Coordinate with vendors and agencies for high-impact creative output.
Stakeholder Management & Events (40%)
Collaborate across departments to gather insights and craft consistent messaging.
Support employee engagement through visuals, eventmunications, and milestone campaigns.
Assist with press reviews, logo approvals, and public-facing assets.
What You'll Bring: Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in internalcorporatemunications.
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems.
Excellentanizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel 10-15% domestically and internationally.
Preferred:
4+ years of experience inmunications, especially in large or internationalanizations.
Certifications or coursework in graphic design or digitalmunications.
Familiarity with brand identity systems and metrics-driven content development.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) andor Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
