This person will be assisting the Marketing Production team and works with an Art Director in a graphic designer/production artist role to produce print, social, and web deliverables. Ensures that all creative deliverables are delivered on time and in accordance with defined file specifications. Manages projects from initial file setup through all revision cycles and final mechanical preparation to ensure quality and adherence to brand standards before release.
In addition, this role is responsible for developing new marketing materials for the US market, as well as updating and maintaining existing marketing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current brand and business needs.
The role requires strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and departmental priorities. Exceptional communication skills are required. Must be competent in working in a Macintosh environment and proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience using a digital asset manager and workflow management/routing system is a plus, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities also include assembling assets into presentation documents and toolkits, managing toolkit delivery into the digital asset management system (DAM), and performing production tasks on product packaging jobs.
Minimum qualifications include an associate degree in graphics, advertising art, or equivalent, plus 1-3 years of relevant work experience with print, social, and digital artwork, as evidenced by a portfolio of completed work.
