This isn’t a starter position; we need a creative powerhouse who functions as the evening manager, someone who isn't just filling time but is crafting experiences. • Collaborate and lead: Work closely with anchors, reporters, and the digital team to ensure a cohesive, high-energy product that maintains our #1 status.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven experience: This is a veteran role—you’ve already mastered the basics and are ready to lead a top-tier evening team.
• A "Producer of Tomorrow" mindset: You’re bored with "the way it’s always been done" and are constantly looking for creative ways to engage a modern audience.
• Relentless news sense: You have a passion for news and a "hunter" mentality when it comes to finding and developing stories.
• Digital fluency: You understand that the newscast doesn't end at the TV screen; you know how to make content pop on every platform.
• Urgency and adaptability: You thrive under the pressure of a ticking clock and can change direction in a heartbeat when the news demands it.
• Creative spark: You bring great ideas to every editorial meeting and aren't afraid to try something that’s never been done before.
