The Content Marketing Manager develops highquality marketing content th supports product marketing stregies and brand messaging. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Marketing & Stregy, this role executes approved campaigns, adapts content across channels, and partners closely with product marketing, digital, and copy teams to deliver consistent, performancedriven narrives.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development & Execution
- Cree and adapt content across forms, including sales colleral, digital assets, video scripts, social, email, and live event merials.
- Repurpose core messages into modular assets optimized for channels and audiences.
- Ensure alignment with brand, editorial, and messaging standards in collaborion with senior copy and content leadership.
Campaign & Product Marketing Support
- Partner with product marketing managers to execute content components of approved marketing plans.
- Produce launch and campaign assets on time and to specificion.
- Incorpore stakeholder feedback under guidance from content leadership.
- Write content designed to drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
Channel & Performance Optimizion
- Collabore with digital marketing to optimize content for performance.
- Support testing, iterion, and refinement based on performance insights.
- Apply content best practices and identify opportunities for scalability and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of messaging frameworks, positioning, and differentiion.
- Excellent writing and editing skills across the customer journey.
- Experience developing marketing colleral, video scripts, web pages, social copy, leadgen assets, and email.
- Understanding of digital plforms, audience targeting, SEO, and content performance measurement.
- Creive storyteller with a clear, audiencefocused writing style.
Required
- 57 years of experience in content marketing, content stregy, or a reled role.
- Proven track record of creing impactful marketing content.
- Experience managing or contributing to editorial calendars.
- Bachelors degree in communicions, journalism, marketing, business, or a reled field.
Preferred
- Medical device, healthcare, or B2B technology writing experience.
- Experience with CMS plforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with publishing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
- Ability to align content stregy with business objectives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess content performance.
