This is a dual-purpose position you'll handle social media execution AND serve as the right hand to our in-house content creator on and off set. If you're the type of person who takes initiative, stays two steps ahead, and thrives in a fast, creative environment, this role was built for you. A full-time videographer/editor handles all content production. Your job is to get it out, make it perform, and support the creator so they can stay focused on creating. You'll be joining a small, tight-knit team: one videographer, one stylist/assistant, and a remote sales and social team. Social Media Responsibilities: * Publish and manage content across all major social platforms in real time no scheduling tools * Study trends and develop content strategy aligned with brand growth goals * Build and maintain a weekly filming schedule for the content creator * Optimize every post using SEO, hashtags, keywords, and platform best practices * Monitor analytics and account performance, and continuously refine strategy Assistant Responsibilities: * Be present on set filming days and assist with whatever is needed to keep the day moving * Run errands as needed pickups, drop-offs, supply runs, etc. * Book appointments, reservations, and schedule meetings on behalf of the creator * Make calls and handle communications * Order and restock supplies and equipment for content production * Manage the creator's calendar and help prioritize tasks and deadlines * Handle day-to-day tasks that keep everything running without being asked twice * Anticipate needs before they become problems proactive thinking is non-negotiable Requirements: * Minimum 2+ years of proven social media management AND marketing experience (required) * Minimum 1+ year of personal assistant, executive assistant, or on-set assistant experience (required) * Background in digital marketing, content strategy, or growth marketing * Deep understanding of SEO and social media optimization * A track record of growing accounts and driving real engagement be ready to show receipts * Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and viral content strategies * Self-managing with strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and take initiative without being asked * Reliable personal transportation errands and on-set days require it * Valid U.S. passport travel may be required * Must be LA-based Important Details: * Office is located in a private home in the Hollywood Hills * Team includes: full-time videographer, stylist/assistant, and a remote sales + social team * This is an in-person role not remote Compensation: * Monthly flat rate * Performance-based bonuses tied to KPI achievement To apply, with a brief intro, links to accounts you've managed, and your assistant or coordinator experience.
