Production Artist
Full-Time | $18/hr DOE | Benefits Available
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to create customer proofs and production-ready artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and other apparel decoration methods.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with artwork, solving design challenges, and ensuring files are accurate and ready for production.
Responsibilities:
Create customer proofs and production-ready artwork
Prepare and separate files for screen printing and embroidery
Review artwork for accuracy and production compatibility
Communicate with customers and production teams regarding artwork requirements
Troubleshoot artwork and file issues
Maintain production schedules and deadlines
Assist with process improvements and workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Illustrator required
Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or apparel experience is a plus
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime available during peak seasons
Compensation & Benefits:
$18/hr DOE
Health benefits available after 90 days for employees working 32+ hours per week
Paid training on production processes
