In 2024, Superette was recognized as the #2 in-house studio by The One Show and The Drum and was celebrated by Cannes Lions, Fast Company, and others. About the Role We're looking for a Brand Designer who can build brand storytelling design within Superette, the Creative Studio at Client. A core part of this role is providing executional support for Co-Marketing (Co-Mktg) campaigns by producing video templates, MOFU/LOFU assets, and performance ads that leverage established design templates at speed and scale. While there is room for high-level concepting, the day-to-day work is largely execution-focused, similar to a casting and production model. You'll be equally comfortable optimizing CRM and performance campaigns for measurable results while elevating Client's visual expression and design language. Partnering across Brand and Marketing, you'll create work that is strategically sharp, emotionally resonant, and unmistakably on-brand. You'll also partner with CGI production studios on select premium productions by art directing opening scenarios rooted in the Client brand and co-marketing inputs, guiding pacing, timing, and product placement while shaping end-scenario design. Production execution will be handled externally; your role is to provide creative direction and consultative guidance to ensure work remains aligned with the brand. This role reports to the Head of Design within Marketing and helps shape how the studio integrates performance rigor with brand craftsmanship. Responsibilities Produce executional Co-Marketing assets at scale, including video templates, MOFU/LOFU ads, and paid/organic social content using established Client design templates with speed and consistency Art direct CGI productions with external partners, including opening scenario concepts, pacing, timing, food and brand placement, promo timing, copy cutdowns, and end-scenario design Drive conversion-focused assets while maintaining alignment with Client brand standards and visual identity systems Collaborate with program managers, marketers, product teams, and copywriters to turn insights into impactful creative work Use data and insights to optimize creative performance while strengthening emotional resonance and long-term brand equity Explore and experiment with new formats, storytelling techniques, AI-powered workflows, and scalable design systems Support AI adoption across the team by integrating tools that improve speed, scalability, and creative innovation Stay informed on industry trends in brand design to continuously evolve creative impact Qualifications 4+ years of professional design experience spanning brand and growth marketing Strong portfolio showcasing both brand-building work (campaigns, identity systems, storytelling) and growth-focused design (CRM, lifecycle, paid and organic social, A/B testing) Proven experience executing Co-Marketing and performance ad campaigns, including video templates and mid-/lower-funnel assets, with strong craft and quick turnaround times Experience art directing CGI or live-action productions with external production partners Comfort consulting on timing, pacing, and visual composition across complex multi-element scenes Hands-on experience creating impactful content across web, email, ads, presentations, and campaign assets Ability to articulate and defend strategic design decisions to senior stakeholders Experience translating complex business concepts into clear, compelling visuals Strong collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects Background in technology, media, or digital advertising is a plus AI fluency and experience integrating AI into creative workflows
