Social Media Video Editor Needed $20/hr

We are hiring a Social Media Video Editor & Content Operator to help capture, edit, and manage content for our social media platforms.

This role is focused entirely on execution. We provide the direction and ideas your job is to film on-site footage, operate basic camera equipment, edit short-form videos, and upload content consistently.

This is a flexible part time or full time schedule with long-term growth potential as the company expands.

We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable handling both filming and editing workflows. Consistency and attention to detail are more important than creative direction.

We also support the creative mind, but this role is primarily about strong execution, technical ability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:
Film job sites and behind-the-scenes footage as directed
Operate cameras, microphones, and basic filming equipment
Edit short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Organize, upload, and schedule content
Maintain a consistent content posting workflow

Requirements:
Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Comfortable using cameras and basic content equipment
Understanding of short-form video formats
Reliable, organized, and able to follow direction closely
Able to execute content consistently without needing to create concepts
