Role - Technical Writer & Project Manager Experience Required - 5+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • 36 years of experience in technical writing, systems analysis, or a related role • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud-native systems • Ability to read and understand code, architecture diagrams, and ADRs • Excellent written communication and editing skills • Experience with documentation tooling (Markdown, GitHub, Confluence, etc.) • Strong collaboration skills with engineering and architecture teams • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Roles & Responsibilities
The Analyst (Technical Writer) is responsible for producing, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that supports developers, users, and stakeholders. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and accuracy across customer-facing, internal, and architectural documentation, working closely with engineering leadership.
• Core Responsibilities o Create and maintain technical documentation including: Architecture overviews API and integration guides User and customer-facing documentation Internal engineering and operational guides o Translate complex technical concepts into clear, consumable content o Partner with engineers to document designs, ADRs, and workflows o Ensure documentation aligns with governance and compliance standards o Review and edit documentation produced by engineering teams Maintain documentation repositories and versioning practices • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies • Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, QA, product, and business teams • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality metrics • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies • Identify roadblocks and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery • Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders • Ensure project compliance with organizational standards, security, and governance guidelines • Manage ven dor relationships and oversee third-party deliverables (if applicable) • Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team collaboration

Base Salary Range : $90,000 to $100,000 Per Annum
