Education: Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Corporate Multimedia Production, Digital Design and Animation, Fine Arts, or other multimedia related subjects.
Required Experience:
Experience and/or working knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, adult education, performance improvement, graphic design, or other multimedia related subjects.
Job Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
1. Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning concepts, techniques, and methods
2. Knowledge of trends in creative design, processes, products, digital media, and websites
3. Knowledge of 508 Electronic and Information Technology Standards
4. Skill in researching, compiling, and analyzing data to report findings
5. Skill in using Microsoft Suite; including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
6. Skill in producing and organizing supporting materials
7. Skill in managing self and taking pride in providing exceptional customer service by responding with a sense of urgency, practicality, accountability, and integrity
8. Skill in working in a dynamic environment that requires critical thinking and strong analytical skills
9. Skill in effective communication; both verbal and written and establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
10. Ability to use multimedia development tools (audio-video Production, streaming media, Graphic design, website design, computer-based training software, publication software, etc.) with an emphasis on the Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360
11. Ability to interact and collaborate directly with customers and colleagues
12. Ability to work independently and as a team
13. Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments for him/herself or other team members
14. Ability to receive and give constructive criticism, and maintain effective work relationships
