E-Commerce - Content Specialist / Catalog Specialist
Location: Morristown, NJ
Pay Rate: $31-$33/hour
Assignment: 6month contract
Overview
The Catalog Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete product and catalog data across internal systems and external platforms. This role partners crossfunctionally with operations, sales, supply chain, and IT to ensure product information is current, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update product catalog and master data, including item setup, pricing, specifications, and attributes
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across internal systems, PIMs, ERPs, and customerfacing platforms
Support new item setup, product changes, and data corrections in a highvolume environment
Perform regular audits to identify data gaps, discrepancies, and quality issues
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve data issues and improve data processes
Assist with data migrations, system updates, and catalog cleanup initiatives
Document data standards, processes, and best practices
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in catalog management, product master data, or data coordination
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)
Experience working with ERP systems, PIM tools, or product databases
High attention to detail and strong data quality mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadlinedriven environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in retail, consumer products, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
Work Schedule
- Hybrid schedule (combination of onsite in Wayne PA and remote work)
