We are seeking a self-driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to raise brand presence across digital platforms. This is open to junior or senior level - someone who knows what they are doing, or is hungry to make an impact. We want someone who can turn complex or boring topics into content people actually want to watch.
Youll help grow our organic presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat, with a strong focus on engagement, trust-building, and educating audiences about housing in the US and related resources.

- Create and execute a monthly content calendar.
- Implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Respond to comments, and community interactions
- Stay up-to-date on developing events
- Track performance metrics to optimize content
- Ability to develop engaging multimedia contentphotoshoots, video editing (including basic video editing skills)to enhance storytelling.

- Experience in real estate, housing, public benefits, financial education, or other educational categories.
