Job Responsibilities Deliver and facilitate training sessions
Present existing course content to training participants
Run pre-built classes and existing training programs
Update training materials as needed
Create and improve training videos
Create and revise PowerPoint decks
Create and revise participant guides
Create and revise facilitator guides
Apply instructional design methods, including ADDIE, to training content
Develop learning materials that support understanding and retention
Review existing course materials and recommend improvements
Maintain training content for accuracy, usability, and program needs
