SCOPE OF WORKThe Instructional Designer develops learning experiences and materials that lead to transfer and application of new skills and knowledge. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, presenting, and assessing learning opportunities and programming for all Gaylor employees.POSITION REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and revamp both new and established learning materialsIdentify the appropriate learning approachMaintain industry standards and research innovations in learning design and educationImplement feedback from program reviews and course evaluationsEvaluate new learning materialsTrain others on how to deliver learning materialAssist with maintenance of the learning management systemTrain all employees on how to use the learning management systemBecome a subject matter expert on various operating software, as needed, in order to facilitate training to all employeesCreate educational podcasts, videos, presentations, and e-learning contentPrepare and present learning materials to target audience(s), in person and virtually

EDUCATION

Bachelors' degree or equivalent professional experience

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience with training and/or educationExperience with Docebo, Autodesk, and/or experience in a construction company.
