EDITORIAL DIRECTOR - WELLTH Wellth is Hue's longform editorial brand covering culture, leadership, wellbeing, and innovation centering marketing and advertising professionals, founders, and operators from the rising majority. No other publication serves this specific reader. We're looking for a Fractional Editorial Director to source and manage contributors, own the editorial calendar, and handle the day-to-day execution. You'll work closely with the founder on editorial direction. This is a role for someone who already knows how to do the job. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Source and pitch credentialed contributors marketing leaders, strategists, founders, operators, and cultural thinkers who have something real to say Build and maintain a forward-looking editorial calendar with articles across categories and topic areas Manage contributor relationships from pitch to published piece Edit and shape submitted articles to meet Wellth 's editorial standards Ensure the calendar never slips in a focused publication, every piece counts Collaborate with the founder on editorial direction and big-picture strategy WHAT WE REQUIRE 4+ years of editorial experience at a digital publication, media brand, or content studio Proven ability to source and secure contributors especially professionals, founders, and executives, not just writers Strong editor with a sharp eye for voice, relevance, and cultural nuance Deeply fluent in marketing, advertising, and the professional landscape for people from underserved backgrounds Highly organized and deadline-driven you build systems that don't rely on reminders from anyone else Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy NICE TO HAVE An existing network of marketing, communications, strategy, or founder community who could contribute Experience building a contributor pipeline from scratch Familiarity with digital publishing tools and newsletter platforms ENGAGEMENT DETAILS Freelance / contract Fully remote and async-friendly Rate: $55-75/hr depending on experience TO APPLY If this sounds like you, APPLY by submitting your application directly here: .
