Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Writer - Hybrid for a 7+ month contract position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in San Diego, CA.

Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour.

This role involves creating, developing, and editing operational, instructional, and maintenance procedures for a manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will interact with various users and technical experts to gather data, research technical information, and translate it into clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences within an FDA-controlled environment.

Responsibilities:

Create, develop, plan, write and edit operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for the manufacturing team to follow

Meet and interact with various users and technical experts to gather data for documentation

Research and translate technical information into documents for nontechnical and technical users

Document engineering processes and specifications

Rmend formats responsive to technical and customer requirements

Produce products that conform to thepany documentation and quality assurance standards

Meet with build requesters to gather their build request information, put together build packets and gather build approvals

Manage ER Closures and Build Documentation Reconciliation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

A minimum of 2-5 years related experience or a Master's degree and 0-2 years of equivalent experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Adobe)

Excellentmunication and organizational skills

Desired skills:

Experience with Smartsheet

Past experience in an FDA controlled environment or clean room environments

Agile experience
