Job role: Technical Content Publisher
Work Location : Halifax or Montreal - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

6- 12 months Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional for a role focused on creating, managing, and publishing high-quality, accurate technical documentation. This position is crucial in ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory requirements and internal standards for accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong HTML/CSS/JS skills to troubleshoot layouts and templates
• Hands-on experience with CMS workflows and manual promotions
• Ability to publish and debug content independently
• 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Prior work experience in a similar industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency
• Experience with TeamSite (AEM or similar CMS backgrounds are also acceptable)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and manage technical documentation, including process flows, procedure documents, user manuals, and release notes
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Troubleshoot and debug content issues
