The Content Creator, Global Brand Creative, is responsible for partnering closely with the Art Director, Social, to ideate and produce content for social media. They are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and culturally plugged-in content creator to develop engaging, on-brand content across our social, digital, and marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content, whether thats crafting scroll-stopping short-form videos, capturing dynamic imagery, writing witty captions, or jumping on the latest TikTok trend in a way that still feels very us. Youll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up online, capturing cultural moments in real-time, and building meaningful, authentic connections with our community.
Responsibilities:
Create high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Capture and edit short-form videos, photos, GIFs, and motion graphics optimized for social media.
Write compelling captions, headlines, and copy that align with the brands tone and voice.
Stay on top of trends, memes, and viral content, quickly adapting strategies to keep the brand relevant.
Experiment with different creative formats and styles to increase audience engagement.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic while pushing creative boundaries.
Ensure all content is optimized for each platform and follows best practices.
Assist in brainstorming and pitching fresh content ideas that align with brand goals.
Experience
2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
BA Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Skills
Experience with video production, photography, editing, and motion graphics is a plus.
Open-minded problem solver with the ability to articulate creative concepts & creative solutions
Strong understanding of design as a vehicle for communication
Ability to achieve business objectives through design
Ability to sell ideas via strong presentation skills, collaboration, and feedback
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, Keynote, and CapCut
Experience with Figma preferred
