You are:

We seek an Associate Creative Director with an Art Direction background, with experience leading brand creative, content creation and content strategy projects with emphasis on campaigns that live across a brand's ecosystem. This position needs someone who can work both as an individual contributor, as well as the lead for a team of creatives-including writers and designers. Act as a key collaborator on an interdisciplinary team delivering client solutions. You must be confident performing in front of the room, partnering with the clients, and expert at concepting, developing and executing innovative ideas. This person must thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy working on numerous projects at once. You must be comfortable working across all multiple media and thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm. You must be comfortable with adopting new tools, and technologies such as genAI.

The work:

  • Collaborate with integrated creative teams working on a range of advertising and marketing projects

  • Lead/direct content for a variety of briefs that cut across a spectrum of the client's communication ecosystem

  • Manage, mentor, and supervise junior creative teams and ensure quality standards in all deliverables

  • Participate in new business development and help grow the account

  • Structure, present, persuade and defend concepts and executions across the funnel for both internal and client-facing meetings

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of art direction and/or design experience

  • At least 3 of years agency or equivalent industry experience in the creative field across all media-including digital, social, film, longform content and print

  • Excellent online portfolio of work that shows the ability to think conceptually and execute with extraordinary craft

Bonus points if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English

  • Experience with Telecomm, Media and Technology (CMT) industry clients

  • Experience in scaled AOR engagements

  • Portfolio includes award-winning, industry-acclaimed work for craft and creativity (OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Andys, Effies, ADC)

  • Fluent in social media platforms and trends

  • Experience in using GenAI (like Adobe Firefly) in an art direction/design capacity to research, ideate, develop or execute ideas and concepts

  • Clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising.

  • Natural storytelling skills

  • Ability to work and thrive in a highly collaborative environment with multidisciplinary cross-function teams

  • Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development

  • Excellent presentation skills/public speaking

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
