As a Training Content Developer, you'll author and build innovative and inclusive professional development for teachers across all KinderCare Learning Center brands. This role is a key member of the Resource & Educator Development team and works collaboratively within the larger Education team and across other departments to develop high-quality, impactful learning experiences for teachers of children birth to 12.

Requirements:
  • Generate innovative ideas and solutions based on field needs.
  • Develop and write high-quality, inclusive educational resources and trainings.
  • Maintain attention to detail and consistency across all content deliverables, with a strong sense of accountability for quality and timely execution.
  • Build and implement clear development timelines for your assigned work, proactively communicating status updates, decisions, and risks to the Manager, Educator Development.
  • Enforce to the department style guide and ensure all content is copyedited and clean.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and represent the Educator Development team in corporate initiatives.
  • Engage in professional development to improve skills and innovative thinking.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Instructional Design, or a directly related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills with self-editing ability.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned projects from concept to implementation, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with broader goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple details, timelines, and dependencies without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Teaching experience in group care or classroom settings along with strong expertise in adult learning principles and training design.
  • Experience or willingness to learn various delivery methods and technology platforms for digital content delivery.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to, and understanding of, the varied needs, ages, abilities, and backgrounds of the children and families we serve.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to accept feedback and pursue personal and professional goals.
  • Proactive, taking initiative and ownership of work with a bias for action and curiosity to learn.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline, preferred.
