LaunchGood is a global crowdfunding platform to support Muslims launching good across the world by helping them raise funds for their fundraisers. We are crafting a winning team that plays to where the ball is going and are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our brand, drive customer engagement, and generate revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, Brand, and Ads to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Deliverables:
- Develop and execute seasonal and evergreen campaigns, including Ramadan, Dhul Hijjah and GivingTuesday, to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing goals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Design teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Strategize and facilitate brainstorming exercises for content creation, ensuring creative and impactful marketing materials.
- Manage and strategize content for the content calendar, including email marketing and social media, to engage and nurture target audiences.
- Assist in training fellows for seasonal programs and delegate key tasks to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Implement go-to-market motions for new products and features across all marketing channels to maximize product adoption, engagement, and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and BizDev, to create marketing collateral across various channels, maintaining consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Build automated flows for the customer lifecycle, creating personalized experiences for all stages of the customer journey to increase customer retention and loyalty.
- Optimize marketing funnels to drive leads, strategically nurturing prospects through different stages, from initial awareness to conversion.
- Track campaign attribution, conduct A/B testing, and analyze customer engagement and revenue metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Effectively manage new feature launches to engage both new and existing customers, driving adoption and usage of the features.
- Manage and facilitate newsletter distribution channel for all evergreen and seasonal B2B and B2C campaigns, focusing on continuous optimization to improve engagement, open rates, and overall performance.
- Perform other marketing-related activities as required to support overall marketing objectives and initiatives.

- Team Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and motivating a marketing team. Able to provide guidance, delegate tasks, set goals, and foster a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and high performance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret marketing data, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights. Proficient in using analytics tools to measure ROI, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design. Skilled at building relationships, aligning marketing strategies with overall business goals, and driving successful marketing initiatives through teamwork.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience in any industry vertical, with a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with crowdfunding tech and/or PLG companies in tech is highly desired.
- A background in marketing or communications is mandatory, with a solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficiency in using project management tools like Asana to plan, track, and coordinate marketing activities.
- Strong expertise utilizing MarTech stack covering Email Service Platforms like Braze, social media management tools like Iconosquare, and analytics tools like Looker and Heap.
- Exceptional leadership skills, including effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, team management, and prioritization.
- Experience in graphic design and proficiency in using design tools like Figma is a significant advantage.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
