Develop and provide Sprinklr campaign setups in a complex and dynamic environment
Support social media publishing and quality assurance processes for enterprise and Brand-owned social media properties
Administer user licenses and access permissions across tools and social media platforms
Create and assist with social media pages, reports, and dashboards in Sprinklr
Help bring to life innovation opportunities with current and new social media platforms
Manage social media enablement projects through intake, discovery, and delivery
Work with the team leads and teammates to identify and solve opportunities to improve and streamline process and project management practices
Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Military Experience
At least 3 years of social media community management experience
At least 3 years of Sprinklr experience
At least 3 years of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of social media marketing experience
4+ years of experience with Sprinklr
4+ years of Project Management experience
Proficiency in Google Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in task management with the ability to explore solution-oriented approaches based on project-specific needs
