Minimum of 2 years creative experience within Advertising/Marketing
Bachelors degree in Industrial/Graphic/Interactive Design, Fine arts or equivalent work experience required
Need expertise in Adobe Creative Suites applications
InDesign Required
Duties : -Receives all the details of a weekly Ad (ex: Ad Blocks, pricing, copy, page criteria, theme ect…) and builds Version, Zone and Block information that meets all deadlines and conforms to all current Advertising standards. -Indirectly responsible for Ad errors that can result in margin erosion, wasted expense in reprinting the error (when applicable), customer loss and retention, negative sales impact, customer service issues and pricing perception.
Experience : -Minimum of 3-5 years creative experience in Design -Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Industrial/Graphic/Interactive Design, Fine arts or equivalent work experience required -Deep understanding and experience in graphic design disciplines including layout, color and typography. -Able to understand and incorporate type, color, printing, production and visual brand communication -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Can clearly communicate design decisions and conceptual themes -Excellent team player -Able to work with cross-functional teams -Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Able to understand marketing and functional requirements documentation
Education : -Bachelors or Technical degree in Industrial/Graphic/Interactive Design, Fine arts -Equivalent work experience required with minimum verifiable High School diploma or GED required
