The responsibilities of the Program Designer include:
Designs and develops instructional modules that ensure mastery of learning objectives. Critical outputs include: exercises, workbooks, worksheets, trainer notes, scripts, story-boards (video, film, audio, and Web Based training), manuals, job aids, test and evaluation forms, written role plays, simulations, games, written case studies, test companies payrolls, and training databases.
Identifies and defines gaps between ideal and actual performance and determines causes using standard needs and task analysis techniques in conjunction with senior staff.
Performs developmental testing on instructional modules developed by self and others. Reduces and evaluates user results of developmental tests to revise modules for field testing.

Develop relationships within other organizations within Concur to identify documentation needs and delivery mechanisms
Work with customers, team members and cross functional groups to build and review documentation deliverables
May train or advise other technical writers on all aspects of technical writing
Evaluate and recommend 3rd party industry standard tools

5+ months technical writing experience
3+ months experience in business application software and/or financials (Travel & Expense, Payables, General Accounting, Project Accounting)
