Incorporate page count targets and optimal catalog contacts prior to each seasonal planning windows Analyze statistical modeling, test results, customer behaviors, profit information and effective page counts to maximize profitability Accountable for accurate forecast for telephone, online, retail and outlet demand generated by each catalog based on historical data and current customer trends/behaviors Communicate the performance of all catalog-marketing activities.
