Job Title: Graphic Designer Specialist Company: Carhartt, Inc. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of design experience - proficiency in all design programs including Adobe Creative Suite (web and print) and Quark on the Macintosh platform. Bachelor's degree in graphic communications or related discipline or equivalent work experience. Ability to address technical problems as they relate to visual design.  Proven & thorough understanding of interface design and skillful use of design tools. Possess a strong knowledge in a broad range of design/technical industries including on-line, web, and print. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills, thorough attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to adapt to new software situations, I.E. learning new software as needed.
